What is Functional Medicine?
Functional medicine focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of symptoms, rather than simply managing them. I use comprehensive lab testing, detailed health histories, and personalized plans to help restore balance and optimize your overall health.
-
What happens during the initial consultation?
Your initial consultation is a 60-minute deep dive into your health history, current concerns, and goals.
I review previous lab work (if available), order appropriate functional and conventional labs, and create a personalized roadmap for your care.
The consultation fee is $395, which includes a full intake and ordering of labs. -
What happens after the consultation?
Following the initial visit, we review your lab results and create a comprehensive functional medicine plan.
To support ongoing care and results, I work through monthly membership options for a minimum of 6 months. These include ongoing follow-ups, adjustments to your plan, messaging support, and coordination of care. -
What are the membership options?
There are two membership tiers:
$125/month- for patients who do not require prescription medications.
$195/month- for patients requiring 1–2 prescription medications, including the cost of those medications.
Memberships ensure continuous support and accountability to help you reach your goals.

Do you take insurance?
No, I do not bill insurance for visits. Functional and integrative medicine requires significantly more time, personalization, and depth than what is typically reimbursed through insurance. By operating outside of insurance networks, I’m able to:
-Spend more time on initial visits and thorough follow-ups
-Order the most appropriate labs without being restricted by insurance coverage limitations
-Create individualized protocols tailored to your unique physiology, rather than following one-size-fits-all treatment models
-Maintain transparency in pricing- you’ll always know exactly what services and labs cost, with no surprise bills later
-Many insurance plans do not cover functional testing or extended visits, which can result in unexpected costs when working through insurance-based practices. My direct-care model ensures that the time and care you receive are fully focused on your health, not insurance paperwork.

HSA/FSA Eligible
Most patients are able to use HSA or FSA accounts to pay for services, labs, and supplements. This often makes functional care more affordable, even without traditional insurance coverage.
